Not medical advice

SmaartCoach provides general fitness and nutrition information and AI-generated suggestions for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or qualified professional. Consult a professional before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medication. You use the service at your own risk.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You're responsible for activity under your account.
• You must meet the minimum age requirement in your country.

Subscriptions & billing

• Premium features are offered as a subscription. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe; in the iOS app, by the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel in your app-store account or via our billing portal.
• Prices, trials, and refunds follow the terms shown at purchase and the applicable store's policies.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no reverse-engineering, scraping, reselling, abusive automation, or uploading unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content & ownership

You retain your data. You grant us a limited license to process it to operate the service. The app, brand, and content (excluding your data and third-party libraries) belong to us.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes related to fitness, diet, or health decisions you make using the service.

Changes & termination

We may update the service or these terms; continued use means acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or end access for violations or to comply with law.
